Tally is a form builder. It suits a solo business that needs enquiry forms, client intake, feedback or simple order forms and does not want to pay per response. It builds forms in a document-style editor, so it is quick to learn.

On the maker's pricing page, the Free plan includes unlimited forms and submissions, payments, file uploads and email notifications to yourself, along with integrations such as Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Make and webhooks. Pro is listed at US$24 a month and Business at US$74. The page did not clearly show whether branding removal or a custom domain are on Free, so check before you rely on them. Our price above is converted to Australian dollars.

• Pro: look at it if you need custom branding or extra automations.

• Create a form for your most common enquiry, with only the questions you need.
• Add conditional logic so people see only the questions that apply.
• Connect it to a spreadsheet or Notion database to collect the replies.
• Embed the form on your site or share the link.

Custom branding and some automations need the Pro plan. For large or complex surveys, a dedicated survey tool may offer more analysis. Mind privacy: if you collect personal details, say how you use them and keep them secure.
